The Performance pH survey is easy to implement and provides the survey participant with an experience that is time-efficient, user-friendly, and informative. While the primary purpose of the Performance pH survey is to gather organizational information, it also provides the survey participant with informative content about the five spheres of well-being and, therefore, a learning experience. Additionally, demographic information can be collected prior to or during the survey in order to provide segmented data based on the needs of the organization.

The Performance pH organizational survey will provide you with highly customized reporting at the organizational, departmental, and even team levels. The results at these levels will help determine the second phase of the assessment process—the focus groups. Performance pH offers a structured focus group process at the end of the survey that will allow your organization to gather additional qualitative information that can be combined with the quantitative data from the survey in order to have a 360-degree view of the organization.

The organizational score is calculated on a scale of 1–100 and is the average of the scores in the three primary areas: Organizational Foundation, Engagement, and Vitality.Benchmark data is also available for each question within the survey. The benchmark data for our survey is based on the results of thousands of companies and provides Performance pH with the ability to give companies benchmark data that is specific to industry, size, location, and many other factors. Performance pH is also able to provide heat-map reporting in order to prioritize the needs of the organization and determine best practices that can be shared and scaled throughout the organization.
